For a number of years this complex enjoyed the bragging rights of being the only condo project in the village having one floor double car garage units. Other clusters back onto the Oakridge Inn Resort, Golf and Spa, and protected lands. Across the street is a driving range and to the immediate north is a building used for automotive purposes. From a walkability point of view this complex is slightly removed from other streets of houses or condos. Is this a good feature or a bad feature? You decide. Bike, if you wish, to Main Street about five minutes away.

Raised rear decks, some models with doors to the deck from both the master bedroom and the living room. Dining nook with a vaulted ceiling. Nine-foot ceilings on the main, some vaulted ceilings in the living room. Main floor laundry. Cobblestone driveways and laneways.

In 2023, the condo fees were $450.00 per month and includes landscaping, ground maintenance, inground sprinkler systems, snow removal, shingles, windows, and doors. With cottage prices becoming so expensive in the area these are interesting alternatives.
