Its where people in this neighbourhood go. Limited public parking is an issue for people who can’t walk to this location and no overnight street parking. We also note a sign on the south side of the street going east just past the front entranceway. It says to watch out for turtles. No other condo project in Grand Bend is near a sign like this.

In this neighbourhood, 18% of the population is aged 55-64, 25% is 65-74 and 18% is 75+. This complex is once again in a wonderful setting near the beach. What more could you ask for in this price range?
