This is downtown, well “downtown” is the wrong word. This is a centre of the village location on a short street called Park Avenue backing onto Woodword Avenue and only steps Main Street West. These units are “three rows' ' in from the main beach. The walk to get there takes about four minutes. Neighbouring properties are mostly older; however, many are being rebuilt, replaced, or extensively updated. Bigger and higher buildings are going up on Main Street West off in the near distance.

Reddish brown bricking top and bottom and around all four sides which is a nice feature. Some light green siding around some windows, brown eaves, and brown shingles. Some tall shade trees on site. Central front driveways which can accommodate two vehicles. Mostly covered rear decks and some rear decks take up most of the fenced rear yards. Open concept main floor interiors. These units were originally built with electric heat and some owners added gas fireplaces. Today, some owners have also opted to add gas furnaces and central air.

Parking signs are up everywhere saying no parking on the street between 2am and 6am. We also note that Main Street is to the immediate south and one new multi-level building on Main Street is now a new neighbour to the south. This mix and match styles helps to make this neighbourhood even more interesting.
